The pastor will be leading a new study entitled, “The Bible and Wealth,” beginning Sunday evening January 20th @ 6 PM. We will start the meal promptly at 6 PM and follow it with an examination of the Biblical teaching on money. The study lasts for four weeks on the dates January 20th and 27th, and February 10th and 17th. Note: we take off the week of the Super Bowl.
On Sunday, September 27th, we have asked Mark Holmes to share his impressive collection of rare Bibles with us.
In addition to this general study, the pastor will lead a small group for deeper study on the topic with the book, Giving to God, by Mark Powell on Wednesdays evenings at 7 PM on the dates of January 23rd and 30th, and February 13th and 20th. That group size is limited to 10-12. Please ask the pastor about obtaining a copy of the book and participating.
Beginning Thursday, February 21 and continuing until Thursday, April 4, the Ladies' Bible Study will be working through Priscilla Shirer's "Armor of God" study. If you’re tired of being pushed around and caught with your guard down, this study is for you.
Choir rehearsals are on Wednesdays at 7:30 PM in the sanctuary. Rehearsals last about one hour and the choir warms-up at 10:30 AM Sunday mornings in preparation for the 11:00 AM service. If you would like to sing in our choir, it is as simple as showing up for rehearsal!
Men's Bible study meets every Thursday at 7:00 PM. All men are welcome to join this group that engages in rigorous scripture study and lively conversation. Whether a beginner or seasoned Bible study veteran, you will not be disappointed!
